Our final day at the CFESA Conference ended on a high note out on the golf course. We had the chance to capture an incredible tournament that raised funds to help bring the next generation into the foodservice industry. The support goes toward training and education programs that build real careers in a field that keeps the country running.

Erik and I had an awesome week connecting with so many great people, filming nonstop, and sharing stories from across the industry. Can’t wait to see the edit Andrew puts together!

From great food to even better company, the day was packed with laughter, connections, and energy. Old friends reunited, new friendships were made, and the conversations kept rolling. Last night at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Dr. Sean McDowell delivered a thought-provoking presentation on “7 Evidences God is Back in 2025.” He walked through compelling reasons why belief in God remains not only relevant but intellectually credible today.

The highlight for many came during the Q&A, where students asked bold questions ranging from the relationship between science and faith to the foundations of morality. It was encouraging to see such honest dialogue around life’s biggest questions.

Events like this remind us how important it is to create spaces where faith, reason, and curiosity meet.

It was a powerful start to our college tour with last night at Western Carolina University. Frank’s message, “If God, Why Evil,” could not have been more fitting for the times we live in.

He also gave a heartfelt tribute to , honoring the lasting impact Charlie has made on countless lives and the ripple effect that will continue far into the future.

The room was packed, the questions were flowing, and hearts were open to hearing the hope and truth of Jesus.

We wrapped up in Boise with FoodSpace’s Pars and Paella event 🎉⛳🍤

An amazing day of golf, entertainment, incredible food, and time with so many great friends in the foodservice community. These phone shots don’t come close to showing the fun, the flavor, and the conversations that made this event unforgettable.

Big thanks to Joe and the FoodSpace team for hosting with such generosity and vision. Huge appreciation to Mike and Stuart at 1473 Media for having us capture inspiring panels, roundtables, and interviews with leaders pushing the industry forward.

What makes a truly great event shoot? It is not just showing up with a camera. It is having multiple cameras for dynamic angles, proper lighting to set the mood, professional audio to capture every word clearly, and most importantly… a solid plan.

When all of those elements come together with a skilled team, you do not just record an event, you create content that draws people in and makes them feel like they were part of it.

Big thanks to Joe at FoodSpace for being such a gracious host. His facility was the perfect backdrop for an incredible day of panels featuring some of the most knowledgeable experts in the industry and innovative foodservice equipment.
