🚨 MIOSHA has recorded the 42nd workplace fatality of 2025.

A 59-year-old maintenance worker was operating a tractor while clearing snow on Evanston Avenue in Muskegon when a vehicle struck the tractor from behind. The worker later died from their injuries on Dec. 30.

Every workplace fatality is a tragic reminder that safety and health must remain a top priority.
