📢 The votes are in! 📢 Nearly 32,000 home care workers have won their union with SEIU Healthcare Michigan, reclaiming a powerful voice for Michiganders who need and provide home care. This victory marks the largest union election in the Midwest since Ford workers organized in the 1940s, and the biggest organizing victory in the U.S. in recent years.

At a time when extremists are trying to divide and silence working people, Michigan home care workers — Black, brown and white —are showing what’s possible when we unite.
