She had nothing left in this world. No children, no family — only her dog. The last piece of love in her life.
And now even that was taken away. Because she’s too weak to care for him, the shelter came and carried him off. She stood there, watching, as the only soul who still loved her disappeared behind a closing door.
Now he’s in a cage, waiting. Waiting for a future no one can promise.
