My amazing client worked so hard, stayed committed, and today all that effort paid off. After months of preparation and teamwork, she walked away from the closing table not only as a homeowner but with no money out of pocket AND a refund in hand! 🙌🏽

Just a reminder: you don’t have to parent like everyone else. You weren’t called to conform to the ways of the world—you were chosen and equipped by God to raise your children in a way that aligns with your values, your faith, and your unique family dynamic.

There’s freedom in tuning out the noise, letting go of comparison, and leaning into the quiet wisdom God placed within you. You’re not “behind.” You’re not “too different.” You’re doing it your way, and that’s more than enough.

April showers bring may flowers. It's already April, can you believe it? Here are some DIY home maintenance tips to get your spring going.

1. Breeze Booster – Clean Ceiling Fans & Reverse to Counter-Clockwise
→ Dust blades with a pillowcase to trap dirt, then switch the fan direction to counter-clockwise for better airflow in warmer months.

2. Smooth the Path – Inspect Driveway & Sidewalks for Cracks
→ Walk around your property and mark any cracks. Use a concrete filler or sealant to patch small ones before they spread.

3. Safe & Trim – Cut Tree Branches Away from the House
→ Use a pole saw or pruning shears to trim branches at least 10 feet away from the roof to prevent damage and pests.

4. Cool & Clean – Clean Refrigerator Coils
→ Unplug the fridge, use a coil brush or vacuum to remove dust from the coils (usually behind or underneath).

5. Fresh Views – Clean Blinds & Curtains
→ Dust blinds with a microfiber cloth or vacuum brush. For curtains, toss them in the wash or use a fabric refresher.

6. Exterior Check-Up – Inspect Siding for Damage
→ Walk around your home looking for cracks, warping, or mildew. Clean with a mild soap solution and patch minor damage with caulk.
