Throwback Thursday! 🛳️
Yesterday I posted about the Carnival Freedom relocating to Virginia in 2027. Freedom was the first ship I ever sailed. It was just less than a year old at the time and I was just in awe. See… I’m a small town gal. I had never seen such beautiful views and water in my entire life.  I was raised in Louisiana, no where near such beautiful blues. Family vacations were not a thing my mom could afford. I don’t knock my upbringing because it made me who I am today. 🩵
However, I’m thankful to have been able to take many cruises since this one, and take the kids along with us. I constantly crave the peace that I seem to find only at sea. And I get so excited to explore new ports!! Boarding a ship never gets old to me- I have those same excitement jitters EVERY SINGLE cruise I board.
