Did you know that if you wait to purchase the drink package on board a Carnival Cruise, you pay $5 more per person-per day? It’s $69.95 per person, per day to pre-purchase online and $74.95 once you board the ship.

Also, when sailing out of Texas, Virginia or New York - the drink package starts on day 2!

Nassau is such a beautiful port. But so many people stay on the ship!

One of my favorite places that’s walking distance from the port is British Colonial. You can pay for a day pass through Resort for a Day or buy once you arrive! You’ll get private beach access, they have towels, pools and some kayaks and water toys.

We paid for the daybed last time which included passes for up to four people, 4 non alcoholic drinks and lunch. Though they did have other options for purchase. It was a great and relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of the public beaches.
