Tonight I combined two things I really love- halloween and charcuterie boards! I have had the same AI video sent to me multiple times and decided to make it as a human. This was challenging but so fun and rewarding. I used brie as the base then cut the face out and filled with different jams! For the eyes of course I had to use olives 😍🫒

I could not wait to show you all the ackee poppers I made! These might be the spiciest stuffed peppers I have ever had but they were still delicious! Ackee is the national fruit of Jamaica and needs special care when cooking!

You first have to let the fruit naturally open up then you must also cook it completely through before eating. I cooked the ackee with butter, ginger, garlic, and onions then stuffed inside of a charred habanero pepper with the seeds removed 😍
