10/10 recommend steaming your own crab legs at home in 7up! Crab always tastes best when steamed in a citrusy soda IMO! I prefer steaming my crabs then dipping them in the seasonings after. It’s much cleaner to eat and less wasteful- you get the seasoning on the meat instead all over the shells and on your hands. Tonight we had garlicky korean BBQ butter and old bay butter 😍

Rock shrimp is definitely my favorite type of shrimp in the world! The shells are super hard but the meat is like a sweet lobster 😍 Believe it or not. These are the easiest shrimp to prepare. In my opinion all you have to do is press the shrimp down when they are frying in garlic butter! This helps all of the meat cook evenly while keeping that amazing texture 🍀
