Cameron Wood Residents, are you interested in JOINING the Cameron Wood Swim & Racquet Club? Dues are only $500/year.
New memberships: Initial fee: $700, then annual dues of $500/year divided into two payments. (Active memberships can transfer with the sale of your CW home.)
GOOD NEWS...
If your address had a previous or inactive membership, you can reactivate the membership for $200 and then pay the annual $500/dues.
TENNIS & PICKLEBALL MEMBERSHIP: $300/year (Courts are open 365 days, until 10PM)
CW homeowners NEW memberships: initial fee: $700, then annual dues of $500/year.
Adult Morning Lap Swim/Aqua Job, Swim Team, Discount on Clubhouse Rental, and other CWSRC amenities include a beautifully renovated clubhouse, two newly resurfaced pools, two lighted, hard surface tennis courts, a poolside concession stand, and an active swim team. The main swimming pool includes a 10-foot-deep diving area with a diving board and a 3-foot-deep wading area with cascading steps for easy entry. There is a separate baby pool with an adult-level latched access gate. The CWSRC Social Committee is very active and organizes a variety of year-round activities for both children and adults of all ages.
