Some time ago, Walt and I made a little promise to ourselves… that after each Closing, no matter how busy life gets, we’d take a moment to pause and celebrate. Not just the paperwork or the paycheck — but the people, the stories, the milestones.

Well, the hustle of real estate often has its own plans, and truthfully, we’ve missed more of those little celebrations than we’ve kept. But today, we slowed down. We shared a (very late) lunch and a quiet moment together on the patio (in the rain) at .grill , to reflect and celebrate another Closing — and this one was especially meaningful to us.

There’s something incredibly fulfilling about helping a family find their perfect place — the one they’ll call HOME.

Today, we toasted to that… to new beginnings, to the dream realized, and to the privilege of doing what we love, together. 🥂🏡
