C&J is looking for real people in the Charlotte area to take part in a PAID short documentary about life, work, education and the choices people are making about their future — especially during these harsh economic times.

People selected for the final shoot will be paid $500.

NEW INCREASED FILM INCENTIVES FOR NC!

“It increases the maximum grant available for productions from $7 million to $20 million. It also raises the maximum grant for television series from $15 million to $25 million per season.

On top of that, there’s a new 5% bonus for production companies too investing $80 million or more across multiple N.C. productions within two years.

All of it means more incentives to film in North Carolina. It’s an answer local film officials were looking for when we talked to them a few months ago.”
