Jordan Scott Berns My name is Jordan Berns, I am a documentary filmmaking and have directed, solo-produced, and edited a number of short films.

One of which was awarded The Vincentian Award for Social Impact at the 2019 Big Shoulder International Student Film Festival.

Our friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers of color live in fear. Police have killed over 1,200 black people since 2015. These protests aren't just about George Floyd, Eric Garner, Tamira Rice, and all the other names we've heard in the news. It's about saving the life of the next unarmed black man or woman. Until our leaders can stand with us and enact change, people will continue to be angry, protests will continue to happen, and we will get farther and farther away from peace.
