My name is Jesse and I was born and raised in Concord, NC.

I'm a husband to my beautiful, talented wife, Nana Hoai and a father to our amazing daughter, Ivy!

We look forward to our annual beach trip and enjoy every opportunity to travel.

Mortgage rates are back near the top of their 2026 range, but the Charlotte housing market continues to show resilience.

Higher oil prices and renewed geopolitical tensions are creating pressure on Treasury yields and mortgage rates. At the same time, encouraging inflation data has reduced the likelihood of an immediate Federal Reserve rate hike.

For Charlotte-area buyers, improving inventory and healthier listing activity mean more choices—and potentially more negotiating power. Home prices remain relatively stable, even as buyer demand becomes more sensitive to monthly payments.
