ATTENTION MOVIE MANIACS & FILM FANATICS: I am ready to make movie magic again, some serious psychosexual cat and mouse stuff, I just need the location. This location, actually, or something awfully akin to it since the one that I’m pointing at is legally, “technically” condemned per se. Preferably something that has several floors and an elevator, as well as a hallway and an apartment/room/space. The problem with most apartment buildings is that they tend to be full of people living there, so I’m trying to think a bit outside of the location scouting box… maybe something more industrial, that would be closed on the weekends; maybe something for sale or under repairs; something that’s soon going to be condemned, but isn’t quite yet. In a perfect world it would be somewhere close to Greensboro, but honestly at this point, I’m perfectly willing to move the production, AND PAY, for the right place. If you know of ANYWHERE that looks like this that might work, please reach out and let me know and I will buy you your body weight in tacos, or something like that. Please and thank you. The biggest two movies in America right now, “Backrooms” and “Obsession,” come from twentysomething filmmakers who honed their craft on YouTube.

Their films were made with relatively low budgets and were marketed online. Now that they’re filling theaters with teens and young adults who rarely show up at the movies, all of Hollywood is paying attention, with experts predicting that studios will copy this moviemaking model many times over. https://cnn.it/4wZHfAx
