MALE LEAD CASTING CALL
SERVED IN US ARMED FORCES? Our independent motion picture (Wheels of Hope franchise) seeks a white male U.S. Army veteran, mid-to-late 20s early 30's, who authentically uses a wheelchair (paraplegia, T-level injury or similar).
• Character breakdown: white, athletic build, mechanically and sports-inclined.
• Must be camera-comfortable: prior acting training, stage experience, or a STRONG social-media presence.
• Union status: SAG-AFTRA or non-union welcome (contract conforms to SAG low-budget theatrical).
• Competitive pay, travel, per dim, and full accessibility provided.
• How to submit (deadline 07/31/25):
1. 90-120 sec selfie video: slate name, city, height, wheelchair make/model, and a brief story about your service or athletic pursuits.
2. Two photos (head-shot and full-body).
