There is no other gym/trainer in the world I would recommend higher than John Ettell
I met John a few years ago at a gym in Fort Mill. He noticed me doing some workouts like the noob I was, screwing up my back, not getting full range of motion, you name it. He kindly approached me and asked if he could give some advice and seeing as he was the most fit guy in the place I figured I could trust him. The rest was history and not only did he become the person I trust most when it comes to fitness, but he became a lifelong friend.
You can tell the difference between someone who does something out of obligation vs passion. I’ve never seen anyone more passionate about self care and true fitness than John and a lot of that comes from struggles that he’s overcome in life.
He finally began pursing his passion a couple years back and risked it all to start his own mobile gym based in the Fort Mill area. If you are looking for an absurdly affordable and knowledgeable trainer who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of everyone he crosses paths with, John will change your life. No ego lifting, no nonsense, all passion and care to the absolute max. Shoot him a DM for more info!
