During this , we're sharing a statistic that demands attention. 💡

By third grade, Hispanic girls already show lower self-perceptions of their math and science abilities, even when controlling for actual academic performance. The underrepresentation of Hispanic women in STEM doesn't start in college. It starts at age 8.
Representation matters, and it matters EARLY! 💪📚
