Living life with a little more free will and a lot more intention lately, and honestly, it feels good to be in a season where I can make choices that align with me. Iām not rushing, forcing, or trying to prove anything to anybody. Iām simply enjoying the life Iām building, one decision, one moment, and one little win at a time. Thereās something so powerful about moving through your day as your full self, especially when youāve worked hard to create a life that feels softer, lighter, and more aligned with your peace.
This is what big girl money feels like to me: not just spending, but choosing. Not just buying things, but creating experiences. Not just existing, but intentionally enjoying the fruits of my labor. I love the feeling of being able to treat myself, invest in myself, and move through life with confidence because I know I earned the right to enjoy it.
And yes, Iām absolutely having fun while I do it. Life is too short to make every season feel heavy. I want the cute moments, the good food, the pretty outfits, the spontaneous plans, the peaceful mornings, and the little luxuries that make everyday life feel special. I want to wake up and feel excited about the day Iām creating. I want to enjoy my own company, romanticize my routine, and celebrate the fact that I am allowed to live well.
So this is your reminder, and mine too: take the trip, buy the thing, enjoy the lunch, wear the outfit, and stop waiting for the āperfectā moment to live a little. Build the life that makes sense for you. Spend intentionally. Move freely. Protect your peace. And donāt apologize for being a woman who knows how to enjoy her own hard work.
