Your home had a showing… now where’s the feedback? 👀

As a listing agent, I can request feedback and follow up after a showing, but that doesn’t always mean we’re going to get a response.

When we DO get feedback, it can be a helpful tool to see how buyers are reacting to the home and whether there are patterns we should be paying attention to.

And remember — no feedback doesn’t automatically mean bad feedback!

Your home inspector knows a lot—but they aren’t a specialist in every trade! 🏠🔍

A home inspection is SO important, but keep in mind that if your inspector sees something that needs a closer look, they may recommend bringing in a specialist—like an HVAC technician, electrician, plumber, roofer, or structural professional.

That doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong! It simply means they want someone who specializes in that area to evaluate it further before you move forward.

Take a quick walk with me through Main Street in Louisa, Virginia! 🤍

I bet there are a few shops here you didn’t even know about!

Today I stopped by Bethel Brews, where I had a cup of hot white strawberry tea that was AMAZING. 🍓☕ Then I wandered into The Purple Pumpkin and found the cutest outfits, plus they offer The Flower Consignment Shop for children’s clothing. I also popped into a few antique stores that seriously took me back in time.

Sometimes we get so used to driving through our hometown that we forget to slow down and see what’s right in front of us.
