Important thing here! The Paul Miller Quartet will be playing at Chatham's happeningest place for music, Tom Hope's Peint O Gwrw tomorrow evening, Saturday, June 18th from 8 to 11pm. Come dowsn for some local brew, soul-nurturing comfort food and experience the sonic magic of the SNARF moment as conveyed by the Paul Miller Quartet, a trio featuring the special guest presence of YOU.

Thanks to Pete Toigo for holding it down in Eric's absence, and also thanks to Chatham's other exceptional bass player, Otto Gardiner for setting the stage on fire when he sat in!

Dave White is coming here to HIGH END Sound to record some of his original material. We played in a band together fort several months back in . . . I don't want to tell you how long ago. Okay? Well, I haven't seen him in THAT many years. I'm really looking forward to seeing this highly talented guitar slinger and to making some music with him, and Eric and, of course, Bram (the secret ingredient).

The Laughing Dogs DVD from the Village Underground is getting closer to completion. The audio mixes should be done in another week to 10 days. ETA for the complete enchilada looking like some time in May.

I have a question for the tech-geeks on the connect here who know how to do this: I want to animate my logo, so the waveform "arrives" from L to R under a play-head cursor, e.g. like in Pro Tools. When it's complete (as it is here), it should fade away and repeat as in a play loop. Are there programs other than Flash that I can use to do this? Help??
