Day 1 of the 12-week vertical jump challenge. Legs + core work starts now. Current vertical: 30.5”. Goal: get it to 33.5–35” and put the ball through the rim the hard way.

I almost went down during 1v1 with a 22 year old trash talker.

During 5v5’s he was talking trash because I was yelling Kobe on my fadeaway shots. So after the game I said let’s run 1’s.
