✨✨ You’ve been called “strong” for holding it all together… but what if that strength is slowly breaking you?

You show up. You serve. You pray.
But deep down, you’re tired of pretending you’re okay.
You wonder if anyone sees how much you’re carrying.
And you’re starting to realize: this version of “strength” isn’t sustainable.

This Wednesday’s episode is for the woman who’s been praised for her strength—but longs for rest, softness, and sacred surrender.
We’re pulling back the curtain on the myth of the strong Christian woman—and talking about the kind of strength that’s clothed by the Spirit, not built by burnout.

🧠💔🌎 What do you do when the world is louder than your voice at home?

Your child comes home asking hard questions about politics, gender, justice, or faith—and you freeze.
Not because you don’t care… but because the culture is complex, and you want to get it right.

You don’t want to raise a passive child who blindly agrees.
But you also don’t want to raise a prideful one who loudly condemns.

You want them to think like Jesus.
Love like Jesus.
Live like Jesus.

🎙️ This Wednesday, I’m sharing one of the most important episodes I’ve ever recorded.

It’s real. It’s practical. It’s rooted in scripture, Spirit, and grace.
And it will help you disciple your kids through confusion—without losing your peace, your purpose, or your witness.

🔥 This one’s not for the faint of heart.
New episode drops Wednesday… and I’ve never spoken this boldly before.

Have you felt it?
👉 The pressure to pick a side.
👉 The outrage in your newsfeed.
👉 The silence at the dinner table when politics come up.
👉 The tension in church when love and truth feel at war.

As believers, we’re called to look different—but so many of us are just blending in with the blame, the bullying, the noise.

This episode is for the ones caught in the middle.
The parents trying to disciple their kids in a culture of confusion.
The ones exhausted by both extremes and hungry for Jesus again.

🎧 Coming June 11:
“Christ Over Chaos: A Kingdom Response to Culture Wars, Politics, and Polarization.”

It’s not about taking sides.
It’s about taking responsibility.

✨ NEW EPISODE DROPPING WEDNESDAY… but I have to ask you this now:

Have you been spending time with God… but still walking away the same?

Still reacting the same way in your marriage?
Still parenting from the same place of fear or control?
Still circling the same emotional ground, wondering why nothing’s changing?

In this week’s episode, I’m sharing a prophetic word from a surprising place—Ezekiel 46—where God literally commands His people not to leave His presence the same way they entered.

Because real worship?
Real presence?
It changes you.

🔥 You’ll get biblical truth, real-life examples, a sacred journaling moment, and a prayer to help you walk out of old patterns and into the healing God has for you.

Today, we pause to remember those who gave everything for our freedom. 🇺🇸 May we never take for granted the cost of sacrifice—or the gift of legacy.

As we reflect on the lives that came before us, I can’t help but think about the legacy we’re leaving in our own homes. What if this generation could be the one where cycles of anger, fear, and silence finally end? What if your family line becomes a tree of healing, not pain?

This Wednesday’s episode is one of the most personal and powerful I’ve ever shared. It’s a message about God’s river of healing—and how His Spirit can transform even the most broken family story.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about surrender.

EPISODE 58 goes live tomorrow!
Have you ever said, “I’ve told them 10 times… why won’t they just listen?”
And then after yelling, you feel like the worst mom or dad in the world?

This episode is for the parents who love deeply but lead from fear—fear of being too harsh, fear of being rejected, fear of being the “mean” mom.

We’re talking about:

• Why follow-through feels so hard (especially for Bossy Helpers!)

• How guilt and fear sabotage consistency

• What it looks like to move from the Unhappy Kid Triangle into calm, confident, Spirit-led parenting

• And how to become a Respectful Leader your kids can trust

Let’s break the guilt cycle and lead with love—not fear.
You are not a failure. You are becoming the parent God created you to be.

This one hits close to home.

Our youngest daughter just graduated from high school… and come August, we’ll officially be empty nesters.

And while my heart is bursting with pride and gratitude — I’m also feeling the ache, the identity shift, the waves of grief that sneak up when I least expect them.

This week’s episode is raw, honest, and deeply personal.
Because I’m not just talking about the empty nest — I’m walking through it in real time.
And if you are too… you’re not alone.

We’ll talk about:
• Honoring the grief (without guilt)
• Letting go with grace (not control)
• Staying grounded in identity and purpose
• And embracing the new season God is writing — even if it starts with tears

Episode 57: The Empty Nest – Grieving, Growing, and Embracing a New Season
Releasing this Wednesday, 5/14 on The Happy Family Coach Podcast.

05/01/2025

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

And here’s the truth:
The Church needs to do better.

We’ve told people to “just pray more” when they’re battling depression.
We’ve quoted Scripture at those drowning in anxiety like it’s a magic spell.
We’ve confused spiritual warfare with trauma responses.
We’ve shamed, silenced, and oversimplified real struggles of the mind, emotions, and nervous system.

But Jesus didn’t do that.

He moved toward the hurting.
He met people in their distress.
He listened. He healed. He restored dignity.
And He still does.

Yes—the Word of God is powerful.
Yes—we are called to renew our minds, take thoughts captive, and clothe ourselves in truth.
But mental health isn’t just a “spiritual issue.”
It’s also emotional. It’s physical. It’s relational.
And it requires tenderness, wisdom, and support—not shame.

So this month (and every month), let’s break the stigma.
Let’s preach Jesus and pursue healing.
Let’s be safe places for the weary.
Let’s be honest about our own stories.
Let’s teach people how to renew their minds without bypassing their pain.

Jesus is not intimidated by your mental health struggles.
And neither should His people be.

If you’ve ever felt unseen or unsupported in the Church because of your battle with anxiety, depression, trauma, or more—
I see you.
You’re not alone.
You’re not a burden.
And healing is still possible.

✨ COMING WEDNESDAY ✨
What happens when a man who’s been a Christian his whole life finally admits...
“I’ve avoided conflict for 30 years, and I’m ashamed of how I’ve treated the people I love.”

In this raw, on-air coaching session, Paul opens up about the fear, shame, and silence that kept him from stepping into the role God called him to. For decades, he avoided conflict—not out of indifference, but out of a deep fear of rejection. He wanted to be liked by his kids. He built emotional walls to protect himself from vulnerability, only to end up wounding the very people he loved most.

But he’s not staying stuck. The Holy Spirit is doing something powerful—and his breakthrough might just lead to yours.

I’m so thankful for Paul’s courage and willingness to share his story publicly. His humility, honesty, and desire to grow will speak to so many families walking through the same struggles.

💥 This episode will challenge what you believe about Christian leadership, masculinity, and what it really looks like to confess, repair, and lead with love.

“What if your child isn’t too much… but made for much?” - The Happy Family Coach

If you’ve ever wondered why one of your kids feels harder to parent than the others…
If you’ve cried behind a locked bathroom door feeling like a failure…
If you’ve labeled your child “difficult” and then felt the weight of guilt after…

This week’s episode is for you. 💛

I’m sharing our personal story—how my neurodivergent, emotionally intense son helped birth The Happy Kid Toolkit, and how God gave us tools, not just to survive—but to thrive.

I’ll teach you how to:
➡️ Understand what’s underneath the behavior
➡️ Recognize the roles on the Unhappy Kid Triangle
➡️ Respond with Holy Spirit wisdom, not shame or control
➡️ Parent with hope—even when it’s hard

Your child is not broken.
You are not a bad parent.
And this isn’t the end of the story.
