Strong storms are still a possibility along this line of storms, but the severe weather threat has drastically decreased for those of us behind the line of storms.

RADAR CHECK: 12:20 pm est 7/12/26.

Storms are moving in from the west. So far the severe threat is low, but we will be watching out for additional storms later today as well. Damaging gusty winds and hail cannot be ruled out.

HEAT INDEX VALUES, otherwise known as "Feels-like" temperatures, could hit the upper 90s and triple digits today!

Use caution if you have to work or exert energy outside during the hottest parts of the day today.

BONNAROO GOERS STAY AWARE:

The Bonnaroo festival is kicking off dry today on Thursday (6/11/26), but storms will be possible on Friday afternoon/evening.

There is a low-end chance for severe weather with Friday's system in Manchester Tennessee.

Damaging straightline winds would be the primary threat along with heavy rainfall and lightning.

Stay tuned as we continue to watch the models update, but so far, I would be ready for some messy storms Friday evening. More updates are coming soon, so be sure to follow and share!
