Six years at this location. Two years running as the best classic burger in Chattanooga. And Hoppy says none of it happens without the customers, friends, and fans who showed up and voted.

Chattanooga’s history lives in places most people never look anymore. Basements, old record stores, forgotten boxes of tape. We recently spoke with Noah from about how much of this city’s story is still hiding in plain sight. That conversation led to a long-lost album by our first county mayor, the same person who helped lead the transformation of the Chattanooga waterfront in the 1990s, turning an industrial disaster into a place for people to gather and enjoy. He loved music, and his album, The Path to Glee, was never online until now. Noah digitized it and made it accessible. This work is about preserving Chattanooga’s cultural memory before it disappears. Rare recordings, local studios, original songs like Eastridge Rag and Cherokee Tears. If it’s part of this city’s story, Noah wants to help bring it back into the light and share it with everyone.
