Depression is no joke and no laughing matter. A lot of people don’t know and aren’t aware of just how many people in this fu**ed up world are fighting and struggling with mental illness.

I’ve been struggling and dealing with depression myself. Among other things. If you see someone who is struggling with depression, stop what you’re doing, and go sit with them.

Because if you don’t, you might never see them again or get the chance to make a difference in their life.

Kindness can go along way with people who are dealing with and struggling with depression and mental illness.

So please, if you, or anyone else is struggling, don’t walk away or do nothing. Be a good person, and try and be there for them. You might actually save someone’s life.

Some of you may know as a multi instrumentalist session and producer. BUT, I’m also a drum teacher(see the second drum kit in the background)

Teaching is something that I’ve always prided myself on. And here’s why. I love watching my students(past and present) grow and succeed as not only drummers, but musicians as well.

As a drum instructor, It’s a real joy to see the look on their faces when they finally grasp what it is that you’re teaching and showing them.

There’s absolutely NOTHING more satisfying.
