Somewhere along the way, many of us were taught that health meant taking up less space.
Smaller.
Lighter.
Less.
But the older I get, the more I realize that’s not the question I want to ask anymore.
Instead, I want to ask:
What kind of life do I want my body to support?
🥾I want to be strong enough to hike with my family.
📓I want the energy to homeschool my kids well.
⛪️I want to serve my church with joy.
👸🏻I want to age with confidence instead of fear.
That’s why my focus is shifting away from chasing a number on the scale and toward building strength, resilience, and lifelong health.
And I have a feeling I’m not the only woman craving that shift.
❓When you think about your health, what’s one thing you want your body to help you do more of?
