Every pet deserves more than a shelter mugshot — they deserve their next chapter. That belief inspired me to start a nonprofit in honor of my friend Page Jones, and today, on National Nonprofit Day, I want to celebrate the many organizations rewriting stories every single day.

Over the past 12 months, I’ve had the privilege of supporting, photographing, raising awareness for, and hosting events alongside these incredible nonprofits:

Her encouragement pushed me to write my first book, Pit Bulls in Pajamas From A–Z, and her legacy now lives on in this mission.

The Next Page for Pets exists to keep families and rescues supported so animals can stay in loving homes and not be returned to shelters.
