Influenced by Birdeye View News and BEV2, the Chester CHIRP (formerly the Chester City Incident Blog) has been developed in order to keep the citizens of Chester informed of what is going on around them. IRP. Starting in March of 2017, founders Wydeen and Jayci decided that it was finally time to merge together and create the blog. With many citizens of the city depending on select individuals to keep them updated on the latest happenings in the city, the Chester CHIRP was created to keep everything in one compact place. They also noticed that citizens were coming to them more, instead of mainstream media, because of their commitment and connections with the city, and because of their ability to cover a story more effectively, more raw, and more unadulterated than the media due to those connections. While Wydeen has taken a bit of a step back, Jayci has taken on the full time responsibility of bringing you all of the information you are looking for. With the help of the citizens of Chester, they hope to bring you the most updated information on what is going on in the city.
