This doesn’t happen often in today’s market👇

First, my client, who is the Buyer, submitted an offer and it was rejected. Ok, we kept looking and submitted two more offers on different properties. Then, three weeks later, we submit a second offer and it is accepted. 🎉

However, it was still contingent on the sale and closing of the Buyer’s property in Ohio. It then allowed the Seller to have an offer accepted on her next property, which it was contingent on the closing of her property. ⚠️

So many moving parts throughout the transaction, but together, the listing agent and I were able to work seamlessly together to ensure both of our clients achieved their goals and we made it to Closing. 💪

All went well. No issues, no delays. Today, the seller closed on both of her properties as did my client, the buyer. 👏

So remember nothing is impossible if you have the right agent on your side. ❤️
