Wednesday Wisdom — GRACE

G – Gift of God
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.” — Ephesians 2:8 (KJV)

R – Redemption
“In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace.” — Ephesians 1:7 (KJV)

A – Abundant
“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.” — 2 Corinthians 9:8 (KJV)

C – Come Boldly
“Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” — Hebrews 4:16 (KJV)

E – Enough
“And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9 (KJV)

GRACE = God’s Riches At Christ’s Expense

Today, may we take time to truly understand the incredible grace God has given us. Not only should we be thankful for the grace we’ve received, but we should also be willing to extend that same grace to others. After all, grace is one of the greatest gifts we’ve ever been given.

🎶 What a blessing in service today!

A special shoutout to Ray and Brad for stepping up and singing “When the Roll Is Called Up Yonder.” Their voices blended together beautifully, and it was a pairing we certainly weren’t expecting—but one we thoroughly enjoyed! We hope this won’t be the last time we get to hear these two sing together.

And let’s not forget Steven, who did an outstanding job on the piano. His accompaniment added so much to the special and helped make it a memorable moment of worship.

We are thankful for those who use their talents to serve the Lord and encourage His people. What a blessing it is to see members willing to step out and be used by God! ❤️

🌟 Spotlight Sunday – Rooted to Stand 🌟

📖 “As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him…” — Colossians 2:6-7

A tree can only stand strong when its roots run deep. The same is true for the Christian life. If we want to remain faithful through every season, we must be firmly rooted in the things that strengthen our walk with Christ.

🌱 Rooted in Salvation – Ephesians 3:17
Are your roots planted in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, or merely in religion?

🌱 Rooted in Steadfastness – Hebrews 10:25; Psalm 92:13
The local church provides worship, accountability, encouragement, and opportunities to serve. Those planted in God’s house are strengthened and flourish.

🌱 Rooted in Supplication – Luke 18:1
Is prayer your daily practice or only your emergency plan? A strong prayer life keeps us connected to the One who sustains us.

🌱 Rooted in Scripture – Psalm 1:1-3
God’s Word nourishes our souls, guides our steps, and helps us grow into mature believers who bear fruit.

🌱 Rooted with the Saints – Acts 2:42
We were never meant to walk this journey alone. Fellowship with other believers strengthens, encourages, and helps us remain faithful.

When your roots run deep in Christ, you’ll be able to stand firm no matter what storms may come your way.
