CHESTERTOWN — Dominique Ellis Falcon has been appointed executive director of Main Street Historic Chestertown. With a 20-year career spanning tourism marketing, coalition building, operational leadership, strategic communications and community engagement, Ellis Falcon brings deep expertise and a proven track record of driving public participation and organizational growth, according to the June 16 news release that announced her hiring. CHESTERTOWN — The Kent County Local Management Board is supporting 14 area organizations through its share of the Community Reinvestment and Repair Fund. The aim of the initiative is “to bolster neighborhoods and programs for improved equity, stability, educational opportunity and well-being for children, families and residents,” according to a news release.
