Chestertown council members Ellsworth Tolliver, left, and Tom Herz offer a duet of "I'm a Little Teapot" after the July 6 meeting adjourned, while Mayor David Foster, seated in the background, enjoys a good laugh. In a friendly wager, Tolliver and Herz had bet on what time the meeting would end; the loser promised a solo. Though Tolliver was the winner, he stepped up to accompany Herz. All of this was captured on the live stream and is archived on the town website.

Are there any answers to the following questions? Why when you go to https://coronavirus.maryland.gov/ it says go to the specific sites, but kenthd.org send you to marylandvax.org? Then why does kent, cecil and QA counties all use different sites? Then UMSMCC uses a completely different site. I hope kent county is not paying marylandvax.org. How is it remotely humanly possible we are in 1C when perhaps not even 25% of 1B has been completed?
