PA AG and South Jersey influencer accused of deceiving customers reach agreement. The Pennsylvania attorney general filed a lawsuit against Dana Chanel in 2021; her real name is Casey Olivera.

A local social media influencer who is accused of deceiving her consumers has been compelled to pay them thousands of dollars.

The Pennsylvania attorney general accused Dana Chanel, whose real name is Casey Olivera, of accepting money from clients without providing the promised services in 2021.

The lawsuit claims that the influencer marketed mobile app development services provided by Alakazam Apps, LLC and credit repair services provided by Credit Exterminators Inc., later renamed as Earn Company, LLC.

According to one instance in the lawsuit, a customer who manages a charity company discovered Alakazam Apps via Chanel's Instagram profile. She gave the business $2,000 on the mistaken belief that she would directly collaborate with the developers to create her unique software. She never received an Alakazam app, according to the lawsuit.

Olivera is currently required to pay more than $87,000 to several clients.

A settlement deal was reached with the AG's office, and it includes the restitution payments.

Thomas Castellanos starts at quarterback for Boston College.

After losing to Northern Illinois in overtime in the season opener, Boston College has moved on to a new starting quarterback. transfer to UCF On Saturday, Thomas Castellanos faced Holy Cross and received his first career start. Last week, Boston College needed OT after falling behind 21-7, but Castellanos came off the bench to lead the Eagles to 21 points in the second half.

He did this by throwing for two touchdowns and rushing for another. The Boston College coaches were impressed by Castellanos' dual threat potential during camp. In place of redshirt sophomore Emmett Morehead against Northern Illinois, he ended with 138 passing yards and 67 rushing yards. Castellanos demonstrated his ability to produce in both planned run plays and throwing from the quarterback.

Coach Jay Norvell of Colorado State recently stoked the rivalry with No. 18 Colorado by making fun of his opponent Deion Sanders.

In reference to Sanders' propensity to use a hat and sunglasses during press conferences, Norvell noted on his coach's program on Wednesday night that "when I talk to grownups, I take my hat and my glasses off."

In addition, Norvell said his players had a "chip on their shoulder" after speaking with ESPN before of the contest known as the Rocky Mountain Showdown. According to FanDuel Sportsbook, the Rams are a 23 1/2-point underdog versus Colorado on Saturday night at a packed Folsom Field.

As he sat down with ESPN, Norvell quipped, "I don't care if they hear it in Boulder, I told them I took my hat off and I took my glasses off," on his show, which was broadcast from a diner in Fort Collins, Colorado. "My mother taught me that," I said.The crowd cheered in response to his statements. The Rams (0-1) have fallen to Colorado (2-0) in the series five games in a row.

Sanders responded to the comments at practice on Thursday. Sanders began a video he uploaded to YouTube by remarking, "Beautiful day, ain't it?"

“I’m minding my own business, watching some film, trying to get ready, trying to get out here and be the best coach I can be,” he continued. “I look up and read some bull-junk that they said about us. Once again, why would you want to talk about us when we don’t talk about nobody? All we do is go out here, work our butts off and do our job on Saturday.

“But when they give us ammunition, they done messed around and made it, what?”

His team responded in unison: “Personal.”

Sanders added: “It was just going to be a good game. They done messed around and made it?”

“Personal,” his team said.

“It was going to be a great test, a battle of Colorado,” Sanders said. “But they done messed around and made it?”

The Buffaloes are now the topic of college football because to Sanders. So much so that the game will be broadcast live on ESPN's "College GameDay" and Fox's "Big Noon Kickoff" on Saturday in Boulder.

According to sources, LeBron James is leading a group of future Hall of Famers who are prepared to commit to playing for Team USA at the 2024 Olympics in Paris, including Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant.

There’s a chance Kerr and Team USA may have a fresh look lineup with some recognized NBA stars by the time the Olympics roll around after failing to make the podium with a loss in the bronze medal game.

LeBron James wants to represent Team USA at the 2024 Paris Olympics, claims Shams Charania of The Athletic. James is reportedly recruiting other NBA All-Stars, including two of the Golden State Warriors, in addition to being prepared to commit to Team USA for 2024.

According to Charania, James has had conversations with Draymond Green and Stephen Curry. According to Charania, the Golden State tandem is ready to commit to Team USA for 2024.

Rockets’ Kevin Porter Jr. arrested, charged with assault and strangulation on his girlfriend, Kysre Gondrezick.

After a disagreement, Porter allegedly beat up his girlfriend, former WNBA lottery selection Kysre Gondrezick, in the Times Square hotel room they were staying in while on vacation, according to reports. Porter was detained on Monday.

Porter is allegedly guilty of a number of offenses, including assault and strangling, according to Gondrezick, who is now reportedly pursuing domestic violence charges for the event.

The Houston Rockets management released a statement saying, “We are in the process of gathering information about the incident involving Kevin Porter Jr. “At this time, we have no additional comment.”

The Rockets have good reasons for delaying comment on Porte for the time being. And to Kysre Gondrezick’s family? Now is the right time for them to start.

The shocking allegations of abuse made against Kysre Gondrezick by Houston Rockets guard Kevin Porter Jr. are drawing a response from her family. and the most venomous language is being used to convey that response.
