Caitlyn is one of our newer team members here at the Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Wyoming, and she’s already made an incredible impact.
Before joining the Club, Caitlyn spent most of her life dancing—starting at just two years old and competing by six! In high school, she danced on her school’s team for four years, then continued her dance journey at the collegiate level while teaching dance for five years to students of all ages and styles. Teaching made her realize how much she loves working with kids. Seeing their smiles, growth, and confidence develop over time brought her so much joy—that same passion for helping children learn and grow is what led her to the Boys & Girls Club.
Now, she loves being part of a team that makes such a positive impact. Every day she looks forward to connecting with the kids, hearing their stories, and says they never fail to make her smile—even on the tougher days.
A few fun facts about Caitlyn: she has a golden retriever puppy named Winston who keeps life exciting, an associate degree in kinesiology, and she’s currently working toward her bachelor’s in early childhood and special education. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and baking—and loves going on walks with her husband and Winston whenever she can.
We’re so lucky to have Caitlyn as part of our team!
