Good morning, Cheyenne! ForMak and The Cheyenne Board of REALTORS are once again partnering to help keep kids safe and bring awareness to drivers on the first day of school. We need your help!

If you are available to hold a sign (like the ones pictured here) at a local Cheyenne area school on Monday, August 25th, we'd love to have your help. Please visit the sign up link below to choose your time slot and then swing by the Cheyenne Board of REALTORS office to pick up your sign. We need volunteers in the morning and also the afternoon and we'd like to have at least one volunteer with a sign at every school.

This week on the podcast, we’re joined by a very special guest from the Public Relations Committee of the Cheyenne Board of Realtors, Brady Koerwitz. He came to share the message of ForMak and how the two organizations have partnered up to bring awareness to the motorists of Cheyenne.

Mak was just crossing the street when his life was tragically cut short. In his honor, For Mak and the Cheyenne Board of Realtors team up every year on the first day of school, standing in neighborhoods with signs that say one thing loud and clear: SLOW DOWN. SCHOOL IS IN SESSION.

💛 It's a powerful reminder that behind every crosswalk is someone’s child. Let's all do our part:
✔️ Watch for kids
✔️ Obey school zone speeds
✔️ Put phones away
