Spinach & Shrimp Stuffed Chicken in Creamy Parmesan Alfredo ✨🔥

For the Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Spinach Cheese Filling
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 garlic cloves, minced
Cajun Shrimp
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
Parmesan Alfredo Sauce
4 tbsp butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
½ cup mozzarella cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Garnish
Fresh parsley, chopped
Extra Parmesan cheese
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
1. Prepare the Filling
In a bowl combine:
Cream cheese
Spinach
Parmesan
Mozzarella
Garlic
Mix until creamy and well blended.
2. Stuff the Chicken
Cut a deep pocket into each chicken breast.
Fill generously with spinach cheese mixture.
Secure with toothpicks if needed.
Season both sides with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet.
Sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Transfer skillet to a 375°F (190°C) oven.
Bake for 18–22 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
4. Cook the Shrimp
Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder.
Sear in olive oil for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly charred.
Set aside.
5. Make the Alfredo Sauce
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.
Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Stir until smooth and creamy.
Season with Italian seasoning and pepper.
6. Assemble
Place stuffed chicken breasts into a serving dish.
Spoon Alfredo sauce generously over each chicken breast.
Top each with 2–3 Cajun shrimp.
Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
