Steven “Megastar” Ragsdale’s story begins in the Jeffrey Manor and Englewood neighborhoods. Like many, he has seen his share of violence and crime as well as many learning experiences in the streets. This has shaped him into the prolific artist he is today.
Not only is he an artist but also President of We Rise Entertainment, and CEO of Loud Money Music Group. Blessed with the gift of being a poet, it is only natural that he is very good at interacting with talent and people who are looking to be successful. He has the ability to bring great talent into the We Rise fold as well as still provide great music himself. He has 2 full length albums under his belt “Food for Less” and "Empathy", as well as several mixtapes and guest appearances working with a slew of talented, highly acclaimed, old & new school artists such as Demize of Ntro Music, Young Thug, Migos, Lil Wayne, Plies, Bone-Thugs-n-Harmony, Do or Die, Hypno Carlito, Kirko Bangs, Scareface, EPMD, Too Short, Redman, Method Man, Project Pat, Twista and a host of others.
