Helen Oppenheim, Hair Historian, Archivist, and Blogger presently covers New York Fashion Week and photographs backstage. She has been Creative/PR Director for Vidal Sassoon Salons and for La Coupe Salons, and Ambassadress for John Sahag and his Workshop. She has been US Correspondent for Spain’s Peluquerias Magazine for 40 years, and freelanced for many publications.
Klaus Lucka, Director and Photographer, has been involved with over 1,000 TV commercials. He has photographed many celebrities including Lauren Bacall, Candice Bergen, Bill Blass, George Hamilton, Angelica Huston, Lauren Hutton, Iman, Grace Jones, and Jack Nicholson. His work has been featured in Interview Magazine, Harper's Bazaar, and Condé Nast publications.
Helen and Klaus met up again after 40 years recently at Harry King and Nancy Donahue’s Annual Fashion Reunion event where I took their photo.
