Gladstone Park Chamber of Commerce recently awarded its high school and college scholarships during a ceremony at the 5800 North Cafe, 5800 N. Milwaukee Ave.
The $1,000 Albert Kenar College Scholarship Award winners are Resurrection College Prep High School graduate Molly Brannigan, who will attend the University of Oklahoma, and Von Steuben High School graduate Elena Styrczula, who will Lake Forest College.
The $500 Lou Drehobl High School Scholarship Award recipients are
Saint Robert Bellarmine School graduate Brian Mulcrone, who will attend Notre Dame College Prep High School, and Farnsworth School graduate Emma Williams, who will attend Taft High School.

Ciolino announced at the ceremony that the high school scholarship is being renamed in honor of committee member Oehler, who also was a schoolteacher for 40 years.
