EXTREME RECOVERY of a Pakistani Truck STUCK IN A DITCH Due to a Broken Wheel Axle
This video shows the recovery and repair process of a truck severely damaged in a highway accident, carried out by experienced mechanics at a workshop in Pakistan. The process begins with a mobile crane lifting the truck out of a ditch using a high-capacity lifting system and steel chains. Once the vehicle is moved to the workshop, screw jacks are used to lift and support heavy components via a threaded mechanism that generates mechanical lifting force. The Pakistani workers then disassemble and reassemble the suspension system, leaf springs, front axle beam, steering knuckles, and kingpins—which serve as the steering pivot axes. Fine grinders are used to clean and smooth component mounting surfaces, while lubricating grease helps reduce friction and wear on the bearings. The repair process concludes with the installation of the braking system and wheel hubs, followed by steering movement tests to verify alignment and the smooth operation of the front wheel mechanism.
