If wings had a scouting report, would be a first-round pick.
I’ve eaten my way through every wing they make — many times over. This is a go-to spot for me, my family, and a solid chunk of my friends, so this opinion is built on real reps, not hype.
Today’s order: Taki Fuego & Classic Dry Rubs.
Taki Fuego — an elite idea executed perfectly. Dry rub wings coated in crushed Taki Fuego chips. Crazy flavor, real heat, and that signature Bricksworth crisp. These wings are so crispy they’re still crispy when I’m eating leftovers cold from the fridge at midnight… in my un**es. Science.
Classic Dry Rubs — multi-spice, perfectly seasoned, and again… elite crisp. Proof that fundamentals still win.
Their house blue cheese and ranch are absolutely top tier and complete the experience.
Zooming out, Bricksworth nails the classics (Buffalo, Honey Sriracha, Thai Peanut) and isn’t afraid to go bold with flavors like Cool Ranch Dorito and Chicken Parm. Easily some of my favorite wings in Minnesota.
