🍗 Garlic Herb Chicken
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

3 tbsp olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)

1 tsp thyme (dried or fresh)

1 tsp rosemary (dried or fresh)

1 tbsp lemon juice

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken and coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight in the fridge).

Cook the Chicken:

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.

Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side (thighs) or 5–6 minutes per side (breasts), until golden and cooked through.

Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

🍚 Steamed Rice
Ingredients

1 cup jasmine or basmati rice

2 cups water

½ tsp salt

Optional: 1 tsp butter or a drizzle of sesame oil

Instructions

Rinse the rice in cold water until the water runs clear.

In a pot, combine rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil.

2 lobster tails (5–6 oz each), shell split and meat lifted slightly

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

For the Scallops

8–10 large sea scallops

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 garlic cloves, smashed

1 tsp lemon juice

Optional: 1 sprig fresh thyme or rosemary

🧄 Garlic Butter Base

(optional to make extra for drizzling or dipping)

¼ cup unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp chopped parsley

🔥 Instructions
1. Prep Lobster

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Use kitchen shears to cut down the top of each shell and pull the meat up to rest on top.

Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Brush lobster meat with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.

2. Roast Lobster

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the meat is white and opaque.

Baste halfway through with more garlic butter.

3. Sear the Scallops

Pat scallops very dry and season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high until shimmering.

Sear scallops for 1½–2 minutes per side, until golden crust forms.

Add butter, garlic cloves, and herbs to the pan during the last 30 seconds and baste.

For the Stuffing:
½ cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped
½ cup lump crab meat
2 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
¼ cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
For Topping (optional):
2 tablespoons melted butter

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
