Purchasing real estate is one of the biggest investments. He has been training home inspectors since 2002 and has been doing home inspections since 1993.

Charlie is the founder and president of the Illinois Association of Home Inspectors and the president/inspector of Chicagoland Home Inspectors, Inc. He believes that the home inspector is the most important part of the real estate transaction and also in full, and accurate, disclosure of as many issues as possible in homes that his clients are purchasing. He believes the knowledge that he, and the

other inspectors at Chicagoland, provide empowers his clients to be able to make educated home-buying decisions. His accomplishments include Certified Master Inspector issued by the Certified Master Inspector Board and ASHI Certified Inspector issued by ASHI. He has held leadership roles in both NACHI and ASHI. He has always been an advocate for his clients in their home buying efforts. He is proud to partner with WCPT AM820 “Where Facts Matter” to spread the word about protecting your interests when purchasing real estate. He knows that purchasing real estate is one of the biggest investments that most Americans make and it has also harmed many by purchasing other people’s problems. Charlie is on a mission to find Chicagoland Real Estate professionals who go above and beyond the call of duty to their clients and highlight them on this show. He is also an advocate for safer housing in Illinois by changing laws to protect the residents of Illinois.
