Panic tends to show up unannounced.
While familiar, it never feels comfortable.
But in this phase of my life I’m learning to sit with it, to ask questions, to listen, to learn.

All my data says this too shall pass ✨
So why not embrace it, take what it teaches, and carry the wisdom forward?

I keep thinking I’ve mastered the art of the pivot 😅
Then I’m reminded it’s an everlasting dance, a loop. ♾️
We move through panic and peace, chaos and calm, again and again.
It’s not failure to circle back, it’s part of the flow. 💫

The dance never ends, it just deepens. ♾️
