🍓 Red Velvet Cake
Ingredients:
2½ cups flour
1½ cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cocoa powder
1½ cups oil
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
2 tbsp red food coloring
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp vinegar
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9" pans.
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine.
Pour into pans and bake for 30–35 minutes.
Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
