Ingredients: 1 cup oatmeal, 1 glass of milk, 1 apple, chopped, 1 banana, sliced, 3 eggs...

This is the best potato salad I've ever had 🥰😍😋
3 pounds Yukon Gold or red potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt...

My Nana and her aunts used to make this when I was young, but it turns out the recipe was never written out. When I asked them for it they could remember the ingredients, but not the ratios so I was thrilled to find your recipe. Tasted just as I remember... maybe even better. Simple and delicious!
