Crack Chicken Penne π₯π§π
A rich, creamy pasta dish featuring tender chicken, smoky bacon, and bold ranch flavors. It's a one-pot wonder thatβs quick, comforting, and perfect for dinner!

Ingredients:
12 oz penne pasta
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional garnish)
Directions:
Cook the Pasta:
π Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Chicken:
π Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and half of the ranch seasoning mix. Cook until the chicken is browned and fully cooked, about 6β8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Sauce:
π§ In the same skillet, add chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in the remaining ranch seasoning mix, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Combine Everything:
