Steak Mac and Cheese Bowl 🥩🧀🍝

📝 Ingredients:

8 oz elbow macaroni

1 lb sirloin steak, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp flour

2 cups milk

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 🧀

Salt & pepper to taste

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Chopped parsley (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Cook pasta, drain & set aside.

Season steak with salt, pepper & garlic powder.

Sear steak in oil 2–3 mins per side. Set aside.

In same pan, melt butter, whisk in flour 1 min.

Slowly add milk, stirring until thick.

Add cheese, stir till melted & smooth.

Mix in pasta, top with steak slices.

Garnish with parsley & serve hot! 😍

Creamy Steak and Mushroom Skillet 🥩🍄🧄

📝 Ingredients:

1 lb sirloin steak, sliced

2 cups mushrooms, sliced

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup beef broth

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp chopped parsley

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Season steak with salt & pepper.

In skillet, heat oil & sear steak 2–3 mins per side. Set aside.

Add butter & garlic to skillet. Cook mushrooms 5 mins until golden.

Pour in cream & broth, stir in Parmesan. Simmer 3–4 mins.

Return steak to skillet, simmer 2 mins more.

Garnish with parsley & serve warm! 😋

Directions:
