Border Patrol Agents Caught on Video Beating and Choking a CITIZEN in Chicago.

A disturbing video out of Chicago’s West Side shows U.S. Border Patrol agents detaining a Black man after a car accident — with one agent appearing to choke him while his hands are restrained behind his back.

The clip, filmed by a bystander and shared widely on social media, shows several agents in tactical gear surrounding the man next to a white sedan. Witnesses say the agents claimed “this is not an immigration enforcement action”; yet the man was handcuffed and taken away.

📍 The incident took place near California Avenue and Congress Parkway, in Chicago’s East Garfield Park area.
📅 Reported mid-October 2025.

So far, no charges have been announced and DHS hasn’t explained why Border Patrol was even there. The man was later released, according to local reports.

Civil rights advocates say this is part of a pattern of violent and unlawful detentions under the guise of “federal protection.”

“This isn’t law enforcement, this is intimidation,” said one community organizer.

A woman from Utah airport—a mother of 4 legally in U.S. with work permit.

"I have my papers!" she cries out. "Help me please, my papers!"

Other travelers just stand by watching as agents drag her away—despite the kidnappers not wearing uniforms or ID of any kind.

One woman does yell out, "She's a human being!"

The incident occurred at the airport in Salt Lake City, Utah.

HARRISONBURG, VIRGINIA — ICE assaults a mother driving daughter to school for not having social security number memorized.

"Agent became flustered when she couldn't repeat the number... then just lunged at her," said daughter.

She showed agents work permit, social security card, drivers license, and car registration—they arrested her anyway.

"I want this video out there because I want my mother home," explained her 16-year-old daughter.

Jaykie Funez-Andrade is currently being detained at the Rockingham County Jail with no pending criminal charges—as a "courtesy" to ICE.

ICE violently detain father & son walking to school—teenage boy had to be rushed to hospital.

"I was just going to school," kid cries out. "I'm underage!"

The 16-year-old star athlete is a U.S. citizen—agents sent him to the hospital with severe injuries to his back & neck.

"For all those people saying this does not happen to U.S. citizens, have the courage to tell it to his face."

October 29, 2025 in Aurora, a Chicago suburb, ICE agents surrounded the car of a U.S. citizen in a parking lot… firing into her windshield as she screamed that her children were inside.

Agents then dragged her from the car without presenting a warrant or probable cause.

Excessive force. No warrant. No justification.

Kenosha, Wisconsin: Aug 23. The shooting happened about 5 p.m. as officers were responding to a “domestic incident.” Police did not provide details about what led to the shooting, but said the person was transported to a hospital in Milwaukee for treatment.

Three officers could be seen shouting and pointing their weapons at a man who walked around the front of an SUV parked on the street. As the man opened the driver’s side door and leaned inside, one officer grabbed his shirt from behind and then fired into the vehicle. At least seven shots could be heard, though it was unclear if more than one officer fired.

At least a half dozen witnesses said that the man had tried to break up a fight between the two women outside a home at 2805 40th St. and that police had attempted to use a Taser on the man prior to the shooting. Then, they heard at least seven gunshots ring out.

Yesterday Aurora PD pulled over a Black family in a minivan & handcuffed everyone inside, including a 6 year old, on suspicion that it was a stolen vehicle. And held them at gunpoint!

The stolen vehicle they were looking for was actually a motorcycle..
