Low glucose and eating a low-carb diet do NOT automatically mean you’re in ketosis.

This is one of the biggest misconceptions I see.

You can have ā€œperfectā€ blood sugar…
eat very low-carb…
and still not be producing meaningful ketones.

And if you’re not testing?
You’re guessing.

Test. Don’t assume.

These are the Ferrigno sardines with butter, parsley, and garlic—rich, savory, and packed with flavor.

This is honestly wild.

I started this channel just trying to figure things out for myself—what actually works, what doesn’t, and how to feel better without the BS.
And somehow… you all showed up.

You watched.
You shared.
You experimented with me.

And now we’re here.

200,000 people who are questioning, learning, and doing things differently.

This isn’t just a YouTube channel… it’s a movement.

In 2023, I went to my conventional doctor…
My TSH was ā€œnormal.ā€

Meanwhile:
→ I had lost about 30% of my hair

Back home after a few months on the road… and it feels SO good šŸ”āœØ

We kicked things off in Myrtle Beach with Courtney Luna and her family, then made our way to Mims to watch Artemis II take off šŸš€ (still can’t get over that moment).

After that, we spent two weeks at our Florida place getting work done, soaking up sun, and resetting a bit ā˜€ļø

And now… we’re HOME.

Back to simple routines:

🄚 Hard-boiled eggs

These are the Ferrigno sardines with butter & ā€œflower of saltā€ (fleur de sel) and they are on a whole different level.

Rich, buttery, perfectly salted… not your average can of sardines.
