In the latest episode of Meat Matters with Jenny Mitich, I had the pleasure of welcoming Dave Feldman, Dr Nick Norwitz, and Dr. Adrian Soto-Mota to discuss their landmark Keto CTA trial. There were some irregularities in the Cleerly AI analysis of the scans and they are so far refusing to do a quality control pass, even after three other analyses show that Cleerly data is the outlier. I was super surprised when Nina Teicholz’s book The Big Fat Surprise was one of the 10 or so books that are required reading for my NPT certification program. I was surprised to see anything carnivore or keto related on that list so that’s awesome!

The difference between these two photos is stark. 2019: heavy drinking, eating WHATEVER I wanted…180-190 lbs. Goran didn’t drink, but he also ate a SAD. Cut to July 3 2025: Carnivore diets, cut the alcohol, and while this photo was taken six years after the first, we both look younger and healthier. I’m in the high 150s here and still have some weight to lose, but DAMN, I am so much less inflamed. Amazing what paying attention to your metabolic health does for your overall wellbeing and how you look!!
