Being an extreme introvert, married to an extreme extrovert, used to be a big challenge for us. 😅 Over the years, though, we’ve learned how to compromise and find ways to meet both our needs.

Yesterday was the perfect example: I’m not a fan of being outside, loud noises, or big crowds 🙅🏾‍♀️ but a quiet day at the park with a book was just right for me. Meanwhile, my wife got her sunshine and outdoor vibes ☀️🥰.

Don’t be afraid to get creative! You don’t always have to love the same things, but finding a middle ground can bring you even closer. ❤️

We usually do 2 laps around the park. After our first lap (and hitting our best time yet—don’t all clap at once 😅), my wife decided it was swing time! Sooo I got my second lap in circling the playground 🤣.

Just a lil reminder: movement doesn’t have to be perfect or fancy—just consistent and fun. Do what works for y’all, celebrate the small wins, and keep showing up together. 💪🏾❤️

Pascha has been buying me flowers every week or two since we were broke college students 🤣 No holiday, no apology, just love.

Week after week, for 12 years, she reminds me I’m seen and adored. 🥰

It’s so important to have someone who doesn’t wait for a reason or special occasion to show love just someone who honors the quiet, consistent, everyday kind.
