Eric Monte is an American screenwriter (Noted as the First Black “Woke” Writer in Hollywood) who has written for and created notable shows depicting 1970s African-American culture, most notably Good Times (The Show that Introduced America to the Plight of African Americans), The Jeffersons, and What's Happening!! He also created the Concept for the Cosby Show & The 1990s Harrison Ford Classic the Fugitive as well as 1975's coming of age film Cooley High, which was based on his high school experience. In the 70s he changed Tv forever & made Norman Lear a Household name. He first wrote on All in the Family creating the characters of George & Weezy Jefferson, he then worked in Development on a new project Called Sanford & Son where he faught for Red Fox to be Hired. His career and credits are amazing, his life story is outstanding, we are so proud of This Man and All his Accomplishments!!
