Ground Beef Assister (thanks lawyers 😉)

GoodLife Brands / Certified Piedmontese Beef Ground Beef
🧂 Weston Kimball Beef Rub
🪨 Blackstone Products 36 inch griddle

Ingredients
✔️ 1/2 Cup Diced Onion
✔️ 1 Pound Ground Beef
✔️ Favorite Beef Rub
✔️ 4 Cloves Garlic (minced)
✔️ 14 oz Can Tomato Sauce
✔️ 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
✔️ 1/2 Box Cooked Shell Noodles

Preparation
1️⃣ On medium heat, saute onions for approximately 5 minutes.

2️⃣ Add the ground beef, season, and brown until fully cooked. Mix in the garlic and cook an additional minute.

3️⃣ Reduce the heat to low. Add the tomato sauce and fold into the meat mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

4️⃣ Slowly mix in the heavy cream until well combined.

5️⃣ Add the cooked pasta noodles and toss.
